neeway, we walked around bugis first... blah. we went to bugis+ :B and after walking around the restaurants level for a while, we finallie decided on MANHATTAN FISH MARKET :B
it's his first time having manhattan fish market! :B

luckilie the waiter told us there was a lunch deal ^_^ so we got to eat at $8.95++ for our food each. otherwise, it would have been 11.95........
we also walked around bugis... bugis street, some food alley :B
in the evening, i brought him to try some APFELSTRUDEL! :B

HAHAHA the first time i ever tried apple strudel, i didn't like it. surprisinglie, he liked it on his first trie :D
i called my mom and asked her to come to bugis to have dinner :B so didi and i went to The Asian Kitchen at Bugis+...... i ordered 酸辣面 :B while didi ordered crispie duck noodles
surprisingly for a restaurant selling primarilie chinese food, there were manie indian waiters O.O must be a nice boss...
usuallie when i order suan la mian at a stall or restaurant in singapore, IT DOESN'T TASTE NICE AT ALL. it's not sour enough or it's not spicie enough
BUT THIS BOWL OF SUAN LA MIAN met my expectation. it was BOTH sour and spicie enough :D
i'd recommend people to try the Suan La Mian at The Asian Kitchen :B
my mom eventuallie arrived after...... who knows how long LOL
we went to SK Jewellery and my mom was checking out the diamonds while shawn didi and i were talking about random things. about fire and clouds LOL
when the shop (and the whole mall, actuallie) was closing, we left and on the way to the station, we stopped by Chewy Junior to buy some donuts :B
they were selling six for 7 dollars and nine for 12 dollars... SUCHA SCAM LAH. after i said that, right, i think the shop owner realised that i know the trick LOL so she said i could get donuts at 12 for 13 dollars... xD
so we bought 12! :B
after going down the escalator to the station, shawn realised his phone was not with him D:
in the end, we traced our footsteps back to the jewellery shop and IT WAS THERE ON THE GLASS! LOL
thankfullie no one took it :x the jewellery shop people said they thought it was the phone of one of their colleagues so they didn't bother asking.

i left my house at 8+ and i thought i could reach www on time at 9 am. when i reached pasir ris bus interchange, i boarded bus 358...... and to my horror, it went in the opposite direction D:
it was supposed to bring me to downtown east lah! but the bus i took was a bus that began its journey, not one that has looped back. dafroggggggggg
in the end i reached at 9.15 T_____T
okay lah. new people working! :B more CHINESE HAHAHAHAHA
i realised i am the oldest slide operator :( old old...... hais.
while i was manning the slide-up attraction, there was this new girl at the bottom who appeared verie sunnie O.O her "thumbs up" signal was verie nice :D i see le i verie happie :D
in case you guys don't know, before i can dispatch people down the slide, i need to make sure that the crew below is ready to receive them. we let each other know through a thumbs-up ^_^

we walked from buangkok to hougang green mall and we had dou hua tang yuan :D yum yum!
then we walked to opposite montfort sec de bus stop and chatted there for... like more than 30 minutes. then he boarded 88 home lor

WENT FOR MAH STITCHES REMOVAL! :D
as expected, we arrived 40 minutes late at the dental clinic LOL. after my mom's dental cleaning, we went to have lunch at some hong kong desserts shop o_O
this was the meal i ordered :D
it's...... rice with pork belly ^^ while my mom had wanton noodles with braised beef O.O more delicious than mine lor... :(
our meals came with herbal jelly (gui lin gaoooooooooooz) and carrot cake :D
after our meal, we walked from city hall to bugis ^^ she was talking about her life. her pregnancie 20 years ago and life before and after marriage. my late grandfather. income stabilitie. lee kong chian reference librarie LOL. so manie things!
which makes me sad...... i don't want her to go. i know we still have a long time together, but there will come a day where she has to leave me... leave us. hais x(
at around 1.30 pm+, i told her i wanna go home :B so she let me go LOL. she's checking out the great singapore sale at bugis :B
so i went home and ATE MAH COMPUTER AS MUTUALLIE UNDERSTOOD HAHAA
so i finished my Heart of the Swarm campaign ^_^ finallie got to see Tosh in it... but unfortunatelie, the Odin was not destroyed as I had made so in Wings of Libertie :(
Work can be fun, yes, but it can also be depressing, especially when there are customers of certain types.
Every time I see them, I feel envious, depressed, longing, sad, reminiscent, regretful. Regretful of my own past totally since I was a sweet, pretty child.
One, there was a family of three and the son was probably around 5? He looked like me when I was young sia LOL. Really pretty, and CUTEEEEEEEEEEEE :D HAHAHA. OMG WHAT HAVE I BECOME? The cute me has passed away and my mom had been devastated...
Two, there was this family of six — two sons, two daughters.
Honestly, the sons looked like my father's taiwanese friend's sons -_- so good-looking sia. and they reallie resemble my father's friend's sons o_o
the elder son actuallie looked like Mr Low and... my father's friend's son. arghs I wanted to take his number LOL -shy-
yea. seeing how the mom communicated with her children — tolerant, jokingly, humourous (she was asking me why the choices in the menu were so limited)...... when i compared her to my mom......
in essence, i wish my family was more like this family. who knows what i would have become had i this family?
had i not suffered unfair punishments by my parents?
i forgot to say a prayer for the elder son. i always (or used to always) pray that the person i wished i could have gotten to know will do well.
well, he came over to the cashier to tell us that he wanted the bill with a smile. i was hoping that he likes me...... ha.
work was reallie depressing. i rarely spoke past 10 pm. i was too depressed ~.~
...... just thinking how sad my life is.
i don't know what's wrong with me. why am i like this? I wish God would let me know.
I regret very much losing Steven. Only he can understand me and respond to me appropriately. No one else can.
i bathed soon after i got home and then went to bed. i was thinking how lonelie and devoid of comfort my emotional side is. i guess i reallie cried myself to sleep

yesterday, i had work at new york new york and GUESS WHAT?
i was 15 minutes late HAHAHAHA (no prize for guessing)
yesterday was the day i screwed up a lot in my waitering HAHAHA
one, i forgot to place additional orders from customers. two, i didn't take back the cutleries and serviettes when only 2 people were dining at a table for four. three, customers began ordering food from parts of the menu i haven't memorised. so, naturally, i didn't know what food was being pushed out of the kitchen to be served -_- HAHAHA the chef was like "WHAT IS THIS?" LOLOLOL
oh yes, i went to work with reallie puffie hair and the outlet manager and full-time waiter were like ?!?!?!?!?!?!?! "go out with your friend in the citie like that, can, but when you come to work... *bunch of work-related stuff*" :( but in the end they didn't say anything further about it HAHA
there were two guys who came to dine (around my age or younger) and when i was taking orders for them, they kept on asking me detailed questions like "what is this... chicken mushroom mozzarella melt?" then i had to check with ate emily and then they asked further questions on other dishes... then ate just came over to take over HAHA
THEN HOR, ate told me to get two iced water for them (because they told ate they wanted iced water) and when i brought the iced water over, they said they wanted warm water .__. they are screwing with me lah LOL
when i needed to refill water for them, i made sure i asked them if they wanted to refill first before i brought over the jug -_- otherwise... LOL
neeway, i had this for lunch :B or kinda staff lunch o_O

there was so much rice and dishes for staff lunch that i reallie stuffed myself ._.
neeway, the dishwasher ladie gave me a fish :B blop blop! (fish sound)

and then, when it was closing time, some customer forgot to take her dabao along or the manager just asked me to take it back... SOOOOOO, WHAT A CATCH TODAY!

i reallie got scolded on my way out T.T coz actuallie i'm not supposed to bring food out and also a menu out LOL (i wanted to memorise it at home but...... candy crush......)
yea. i took 101 back and while i was using my phone (white iphone 4s), some old uncle beside me started talking to me and asking me if i could find out what is wrong with his white samsung phone :X and i couldn't get it started...... then when 101 reached hougang central, some old mother (probablie 40 years coz she had white and grey hair) boarded the bus with a reallie small girl (probablie younger than 5 years old) and this mother was reallie SCREAMING and SHOUTING at 130 decibels at the girl. she was shouting at the girl to shut up (coz she was crying) and she told the girl in chinese that "there was no use in giving birth to her" and even said "cb" -____- seriouslie. the louder she shouted at her to shut up, the more the girl retaliated and the more she cried. the old mother even said she'd throw the girl off the bus.
damn sad. such a conscious girl but she's unloved by this old woman. i was just thinking if she'd turn to outlets outside when she gets older... who knows if she will look for bad guys or even turn lesbian because of her childhood trauma. sad......
alright. i should start memorising the menu now =x otherwise i got a scolding for nothing yesterday night ._.
yesterday at work, it was a rather emotional ride for me...... well, here's why.
today (yesterday, i mean), there was a couple who came to dine. well, the guy...... was reallie handsome. smooth, dark complexion. cool (like reallie cool) demeanor. sweet smile. nice hair. kinda looked like dechathorn but surelie not an ass.
he was reallie charming... when he smiled at me...... it looked so good, you know?!?! LOL
i was kinda afraid the girl (probablie his gf) would become cautious of me...... HAHA.
anyway, it reallie got me thinking...... that i was reallie uglie and unattractive. my sideburns are a little too thick. my flawless face has been disfigured. i can never even be handsome enough to attract people. i'm no longer good-looking......
definitelie freaking unattractive to people like them...... sad.
sooooooooooo, i was reallie feeling depressed while working.
before this, i arrived at NYNY at 1+ pm. and then i'm suddenlie told there's a "split shift" i.e. i'm not to work from 3 pm to 6 pm. i was reallie put off because firstlie, i hate that i'd have nothing to do from 3-6 and i'd be wasting precious time and secondlie, i was not informed AT ALL about such a thing that just compounded to the first point. i was reallie -______- dafoog
my mood was rather ruined (also because i'm not treated verie well at work by ......) and so i sms-ed the outlet manager (who was not present) to complain...... in the end, it was arranged that i was to restart work at 5 pm instead. oh well. in the end, i spent my time memorising some sections of the menu...... which i did successfully ^^
in all that depression, i was wishing so much inside while my heart ached that there was something i could look forward to at the end of the day. i was thinking of my two exbf-es (i've only had four, and i am never ever talking about my first two). but, no, i could never see them again. there was nothing to look forward to.
all i can ever do is to play out my dreams in my thoughts.
anywaylah there was a large group of customers today who were made up of some singaporeans and some koreans. there was this korean man (old uncle) who was like ordering in a funny way HAHA. he wanted to order one NYNY Party Platter (which is reallie huge) and tiger beer so he was like saying 아이스, 아이스, 원, 원! HAHA
so while ate (pronounced as AH-tay which means auntie in tagalog) anna and i were with them taking orders, i asked 하나만? and the korean uncle looked at me and asked "what?" so i repeated... and he's like surprised LOL! the rest of the customers (12 of them in total) were kinda surprised O.O a singaporean chinese man asked "wah you can speak korean ar?" so i said "yea, a little..." then he said "good good" with a thumbs up HAHAHA XD
one korean man also asked me if i could speak O.O and i think he said good good too :D

and then, the korean uncle wanted to order TWO NYNY party platters instead D: so he's telling me 두, 두! while the others were like "NO NO NO, ONE! ONE!" and the korean uncle was insisting "TWO, TWO!"... LOLOLOL. it was reallie a sight to behold xD
in the end, i took his order lor. xD
HAHAHA, it's good to be multilingual ^_^ you never know which strangers you can impress and get a praise from ^_^
yea, after a long time, it was time to serve their desserts...... so i served the first banana split and i also wanted to serve the second one while saying something grand like "hello! banana split 왔습니다!!!!!" but ...... was like -_-'l| duwan me to serve ): seriouslie ....................................
anyway, i bowed to one of the korean men when he left ^_^ and also greeted 안녕히 가세요~ to the korean woman and she replied with a smile "네, 감사합니다~" ^_^
yeap. end of story. for the staff meal at the end of the day, it was a half rotisserie spring chicken code 803 ^_^ it wasn't bad :) rather succulent ^^
alright. in conclusion, i'm glad i have made some improvements in waitering :) i can take orders (from customers) better now. i also sms-ed the outlet manager to apologise if i've made him feel uncomfortable and he replied that it's not a problem, that my concerns are his duties......

valentine's day is coming! i reallie wish to ask my crush out (some handsome year 4 chemistry major from my korean lecture group) and i've sent him an e-mail too...... but he hasn't replied to my last one. he... doesn't seem keen on eating with me and a few times alreadie he hasn't been too nice to me... he's rather nice, though, when he teases me in korean class. sigh...... i wish my spoken korean was as good as his!
:( unrequited bah. but no matter, i won't think so much about it. i'll just imaginee and imaginee as always x) because i know i'm never good-looking enough for anyone i'm interested in.

neeway, i was thinking of working here at this branch for a rather long time. i had new york new york last saturday with my mom and sister to get my freeeeeee birthday platter (which didn't taste verie nice, to be honest =x) and after my meal, i just told the outlet manager that i'm interested in working there. i got hired that verie same day LOL
how was my first day of work? it was okay but TIRING AND I WAS STARRRVING D: and i reallie hate sweeping and mopping <_> spare me! TnT
i made a few mistakes o_o LOL. like almost walking away just when the customer places a hundred-dollar note on the bill folder-thing when the bill was more than $100...... inexperienced me xD luckilie he said "..." i can't remember LOL but he meant that there's still some more. Then i didn't close the bill folder and the moneyyyy was in plain sight of the people around LOL. STEWPEED MOI
when work ended, there was a staff dinner :D chef max made me a beef burger... omg, i was starving lah. onlie had a bowl of mom's porridge before going to work :( SPEAKING OF WHICH, I WAS LATE LOLOLOL

the dishwasher lady said i was yandao ;D LOL! i was, but now no longer x)
i learnt a lot... and ironicallie, i'm learning to be more independent (by mopping) by working than staying in my dormitory LOL. my room is like a freaking garbage dump.
i've come a long way... recentlie, i tracked down a certain block where steven's godsister, tiffanie, used to stay at...... by the blessed accident of friendfinder on facebook, i sent her a request on facebook o_o and i messaged her... she did admit that she used to stay there and that she couldn't tell me about steven because they didn't contact each other for more than a year le...... it's her! IT'S REALLIE HER!
...... she met steven before, jumped onto him when they first met, went to manila to visit him...... she has so much information but i think she doesn't want to be friends with me...... hais
